Your quote will be sent via email so keep an eye on your inbox. Please also check your spam folder in case your quote has slipped in due to your spam settings.
Also make a note of your unique tracking number, as you'll need this later. This can be found on your quote email.
So whats next?
1. Accept your quote.
If you accept your quote and wish to trade in your Mac or Apple device, all you need to do is reply to your quote email stating that you accept the quote. We then send out our couriers the same day as we receive your confirmation.
2. Erase your data.
If you need to erase your old Macs data before sending it to us, please do so. Also make sure you back up any important data to another storage device.
3. We send you prepaid protective packaging.
Place your Mac or Apple device in the protective packaging and secure with the supplied cable ties.
4. Thats it, your done!
Our couriers will then come and pick up your Mac or Apple device free of charge and deliver it securely to us. We will check and process your old Mac or Apple device once it is delivered to us, to ensure that it is of the same specification as originally quoted for. Once this is done we send your cheque out the same day. Done!
In the unlikely event that the Mac or Apple device recieved is not the same specification as originally quoted for, you will be contacted and our team will let you know what to do next.
